A Traditional "Hut Essen" Dinner in our Alpine Barn
An unforgettable, sociable dinner experience!
(Exclusive bookings are accepted - there is space for up to 30 guests)
For starters, we serve fresh salad and toasted garlic bread. Then, everyone can enjoy grilling our marinated fillets of beef, pork and turkey just the way they like it on the hot iron hat-griddle placed in the centre of the table. While the meat sizzles, the beef broth becomes stronger and stronger, and is ladled from the bottom and graced with finely chopped vegetables. Baked potatoes and various homemade sauces complete this special culinary indulgence.
