Information

• Arrival and departure:
  On the day of arrival your rooms are ready for occupancy from 2 pm.
  You may be late? If you arrive after 6 pm please give us a short call at +43 (0)5243-5166.
  Check-out on the day of departure until 11 am.
• Deposit:
  The reservation of your booking is binding immediately after the receipt of your deposit of € 150.00. (transaction free of costs)
• Payment only in cash:
  We only accept payments in cash. Please be aware that we do not accept either credit or EC cards as payment for your room!
• Single room:
  Surcharge for a single room of € 10.00 per day
  ("Morgensonne" and "Talblick" room categories, other room categories upon request)
• Extra bed:
  Discount for 3 persons to a room - 20%
• Dogs:
  Dogs allowed in a carrier that you provide, € 10.00 per day, no food included
  Cleaning charge of € 100.00 as needed
• Toll road fee:
  € 4.50 (to be paid only once by our houseguests!)
• Visitor's tax:
  is not included in the list price. We charge € 1.50 per person and day.
  Children under the age of 15 are tax free!
• Cancellation:
  Cancellation fees apply according to Austrian hotel regulations.
