At the Gramai Alm, the hat meal has a well-established order. As a starter we serve fresh, crispy salads and as a side dish toasted garlic bread. A hot iron hat is placed in the middle of the table. For the main course, anyone can grill the prepared marinated fillet pieces of beef, pork and turkey as they please.
While the meat is sizzling, the beef stew with finely chopped vegetables becomes thicker and thicker in the "brim of the hat". Baked potatoes, various homemade sauces and other side dishes round off this culinary feast to perfection.
