Summer vacation we are coming

"The good is close at hand", this guiding principle has shaped our house for a long time and this year is particularly true. Therefore, we can hardly wait to share with you the most beautiful place for us: Our Gramai Alm.

In order to be able to start a carefree journey to Austria, you need ONE of the three following requirements (from 12 years) for check-in in the hotel:
- A valid negative test result (self 24h, antigen 24h or PCR test 72h)
- A vaccination certificate (Valid from the day of the second vaccination or from 22 days for vaccines for which only one vaccination is planned)
- A written confirmation of proven recovery (up to 6 months after the illness)
The conditions of the "3-G rule" (tested, vaccinated or recovered) also apply to day guests in our restaurant.
For a comfortable journey home, you can fall back on free test sites in our region
Do I have to be in quarantine after a stay in Austria? Please note that the regulations for this vary in each home country / federal state and are constantly changing and unfortunately we cannot provide any binding information here. Thank you for your understanding.
- Since August 1st, 2021, guests from Germany need the same applies when traveling home as when entering Austria, a current "3-G rule" is required.
- For our friends from Switzerland there are currently no travel warnings in Tyrol and no special requirements for entry and exit.
The model region Schwaz (our home district) has a vaccination coverage rate of around 92% of all those eligible for vaccination. Vacation in the safest district in Austria!

With your care, you protect yourself, the other guests, our employees and your warm hosts! Measures and recommendations for our common health and safety:

Wearing FFP2 masks in all business premises for daily needs, retail, public transport, etc.
Avoidance of direct body contact
Avoid shaking hands and hugs
Sneeze or cough into the crook of your arm or a handkerchief
Hand washing & disinfecting several times a day

So nothing stands in the way of a relaxing summer vacation in the middle of nature.

Simple & Carefree - updated cancellation policy

We have adjusted the cancellation policy for you so that you can look forward to your summer vacation without any worries.

Reservations can be canceled or postponed up to 7 days before arrival, if the "corona situation" makes it necessary
Should you change anything about the "Corona situation" after the stated cancellation period and you have concerns about your arrival, we are always ready to listen to you
We convert down payments made into a voucher that does not expire and can be redeemed at any time on your alternative preferred date

With all anticipation, we always keep an eye on the safety, protection and well-being of our guests and employees. Despite new framework conditions, we can promise you one thing: We do everything that everyday life has no chance and your time-out becomes an all-round carefree holiday.

All measures proposed by the Ministry of Health are being implemented in full
Our strict hygiene standards have also been expanded. The additional costs that we incur for this are worth it to us, for the protection of our health

Your vacation is in safe hands with us. Regular testing of all employees for Covid-19 and there is extensive hygiene training for all employees with the Hollu company
All of our "busy-helpers" are tested every 5 DAYS and after every FREE day
Our alpine garden with its 1,000 m² including a natural adventure playground and petting zoo offers plenty of space outdoors for our little guests
Do you prefer to be out in the mountains or on the Achensee? We will pack your hiking snack for you (for a fee)

Open questions that are close to our hearts

Looking forward to a joint wellness holiday is more beautiful than ever these days! We already have precise answers and details for the biggest questions.

We have enough space so that a certain distance can be maintained in all areas of our hotels, this means relaxation without worries. In principle, there is no longer a minimum distance.
We are also allowed to open our mountain lake, whirlpool, saunas and steam baths. (Corona viruses cannot spread through the bath water)
The general FFP2 mask requirement has been lifted for hotel and restaurant guests in Austria since July 1st, 2021. A mask is only required in public transport, shops or museums, a simple mouth and nose protection is sufficient here.
You can enjoy our breakfast and salad buffet presented in a new buffet form as before.
In order to protect our guests and employees, we have had proven and high hygiene standards for years.
We have also distributed disinfectant dispensers in public areas.

The measures are continuously adapted to the official requirements of the Austrian Federal Government. These are always carried out in the interests of the health and safety of our guests and are based on official requirements. Please note that changes can also occur at short notice!
