‘Salt air’ mountain tunnel

Float at a pleasant room temperature on floating couches and enjoy the special salt regimen of white and red salt (ps. The white salt comes directly from the Karwendel Halltal valley). Salt stones also contain many minerals, such as iodine, magnesium, iron, calcium, potassium and selenium, which are very important for our bodies. This is why a salty atmosphere also aids the treatment of respiratory diseases, skin diseases and allergies.
14

‘Natural moments’ herbal distillery

Not only will you experience how we extract our own essential oils from the local mountain herbs lavender, sage, yarrow and rosemary lying on the waterbeds, but you will also instantly feel the effects. They free the breathing passages, nourish skin and hair, are excellent against many pathogens and have a calming effect on the nervous system.
5

‘Origin’ waterfall

The Karwendel rock springs produce bubbling mineral water. Naturally filtered and purified by the many stones, the water flows down directly into the mountain lake.
6

‘White water’ whirlpool

Warm water therapies have been used for relaxation, regeneration and healing for centuries. The interplay of heat, massage and buoyancy of hydrotherapy relaxes the muscles, reduces tension and stimulates blood circulation. The unique feature of the whirlpool on the Gramai Alm is, of course, the stunning views of the mountain backdrop.
15

‘Sun Spot’ nudist sunbathing lawn

The mystical forest, the endless meadows and the often still untouched majestic mountain world has a reassuring natural effect. Enjoy this special moment all by yourself.
7a

This intense 90 °C heat improves blood circulation to the skin, relaxes the muscles and calms the airways.
9

Bucket shower

Definitely a wonderfully fresh experience after a sauna session or just whenever you fancy. Experience the power of the purest mountain spring water on your body.
4

Sun-warmed mountain lake

The best way to cool down is to jump into the crystal clear, energising waters of the mountain lake. The water is heated by the power of the sun and purified in a purely biological way – without the addition of any chemicals. This preserves the essential minerals along with the invigorating effect of the water.
3d

‘Dreaming’ rest area

A truly special area thanks to direct access to the mountain lake and the large glass frontage offering perfect all-round views.
8

‘Mountain freshness’ dipping tub/hot pot

12

‘Mountain spring’ stone fountain

Gramai mountain spring: exquisite, fresh and pure. An elixir of life! The precious resource and commodity ‘water’ still contains all its minerals and constituents. Viewed under a microscope, it’s all crystals. Enjoy the revitalising effect of our fresh and pure mountain spring water.
10

‘Forest Mist’ steam bath

It activates skin metabolism and stimulates your circulation, while the beautiful view of the forest grants you inner peace. The serail bath treatments deserve the name ‘holistic for body, mind and soul’. In combination with radiant heat and high humidity, the treatments in the ‘forest mist’ have a detoxifying, firming and regenerative effect. Skin feels velvety soft, even days later.

‘In the water lies salvation, it is the simplest, most inexpensive, and – properly undertaken – safest remedy.’ Not only does ‘Kneipp’ mean to bravely step into cold water, but when used correctly, it increases physical performance, stimulates blood circulation, boosts the immune system and leads to improved body awareness.
